     Here you will find guitar straps handcrafted with love and care. I hand pick only the finest hides available find from the best tanneries, Wickett & Craig being my favorite. There are no other employees, I craft each strap personally.  That way I can be sure you get my very best each and every time.

     Each strap is crafted one at a time. I hand work and condition the leather to insure it will last for decades. I still use a strap I made over 35 years ago on one of my Les Pauls, and it just gets better with age. I've been playing more than 45 years. I love my guitar  straps as much as my guitars. You'll know why when you see and feel one.

     As a result of some prompting by my musician friends, I decided to start making my straps available for sale. I recently made some big life changes, including getting married in '05, and then moving to Pennsylvania with my wife in July of '06, leaving N.J. behind. We did that so we would have enough room to take in my 88 year old mom and have her live with us. I was in need of finding a way to generate some income from home, so that I could be around when she needs help. My friends' suggestions of making straps full time started to sound like a great idea. I started working with leather in 1971, selling guitar straps, belts, bags, hats, etc. throughout New Hampshire. I also spent a summer in the old French Quarter of Montreal making custom fitted sandals at an artisan's market.

     Out of the first handful of customers , two of them paid me a wonderful compliment by ordering a 2nd strap within 2 weeks of their first purchase, and one of those fellows has now purchased 6 of my straps for his cherished guitars, and has strap #7 along with a matching belt on order! Thank you Bruce !!!  I have  had the pleasure of building straps for players from France, the Netherlands, Canada, and all around the U.S.A.
     As I said before, I craft these straps with love and care. It's a great feeling to know that my customers are so pleased.  It's a win / win deal for me because it makes me happy to make them, and it makes me even happier to know they made some one else happy too ~

     If you have any special requests, I will try and accommodate. I make different styles and colors. Some are crafted with an adjustment strap and buckle design. I also make a 'cut to size' style, thereby eliminating the need for a buckle and adjustment strap. I have found that many players use the same length strap, no matter what guitar they are playing. Do you have to adjust the length of your strap if you switch from a Fender to a Gibson or a Soloway or PRS?  Oftentimes the same strap length works for many instruments, making the 'cut to size' style a popular choice.
