I start by hand selecting only the finest premium grade hides. In addition to cosmetic quality, I insist on leather substantial enough to do the job of dispersing the weight of even the heaviest guitar across the entire width of the strap. The result is a more comfortable strap. Each strap is individually made, one at a time, from beginning to end. I hand work each strap to make it more supple and pliable, and it will just get better with age and use. Every aspect of your strap is given my sincere effort to craft the finest guitar strap you will ever own.
Each Brookwood Leather strap is handmade with pride in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. I have no employees. I do not farm out or subcontract any of the work. Mine are the hands that select the hide, color and condition it, and cut, craft, and sew it into the finished product. If you have questions, I will be the one answering your phone call or email.
If you receive your strap and you don't like it, just let me know. You can send it back for a refund of your full purchase price, minus shipping charges. I would just ask that you do not install it on your guitar in order to provide you with a refund. I've never had one come back yet, but I extend this courtesy to all.
